I have to strike a balance between what happened in 2007 (overtraining resulting in getting sick) and 2008 (uh, nothing, no triathlons at all). I want to focus on running, increasing speed, and a couple sprint tri’s just to do some crosstraining. No half ironmans, no marathons. Maybe Vineman 70.3 in 2010.
